3. Payment Terms
- All packages are billed as per agreed price before the project begins
- 50% advance payment is required to initiate the work unless stated otherwise
- The balance is payable upon completion, before the site goes live
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
We use secure third-party payment processors, and your billing information is not stored on our servers.
4. Revisions & Delivery
- Each package includes a fixed number of revisions (outlined in your plan)
- Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra charges
- Project timelines may vary based on response time and project scope
5. Ownership & Licensing
- Once full payment is received, the client owns the final website design and content
- RealtorSites.in reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing
- Source code, templates, and design elements may not be resold or redistributed without permission
6. Third-Party Tools & Services
Some services may include third-party tools (e.g., Google Maps, IDX, WhatsApp integration). RealtorSites.in is not responsible for the performance, licensing, or policy changes of any third-party platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
RealtorSites.in and its parent company Vaani Digital Private Limited (Buzzbee360) shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Downtime caused by third-party hosting or domain providers
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
